Making Sure Your Program Is Ready for OY

While the previous module discussed some approaches and best practices for supporting and nourishing young adult success, this module focuses more on your programs and organizations, offering an invitation to compare the needs of youth with the employment opportunities, wrap-around services, or coaching that your employers may intend to offer.

It's designed to support your team's ideation and accountability. Each of the two plays and accompanying worksheets invites internal reflection on the kinds of impact desired, measured against the capacity of your organization.

While the first module addressed methods and practices for balancing the needs of young adults with preparation, this module encourages you to verify that your program goals and readiness fully support young adults without contributing to further harm.
